ROBERTO M. DONGON, PETITIONER, V. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION AND BW GYRON CREW, INC., RESPONDENTS.
Decisions / Signed Resolutions March 3, 2014 FORMER FOURTEENTH DIVISION
GALAPATE-LAGUILLES, J:
Once again, the Court made a careful and judicious study of the
merits of the case in light of the respective arguments of petitioner
Roberto M. Dongon in his Motion for Reconsideration[1] of the Court’s Decision[2] dated 3 March 2014, and private respondent BW Gyron Crew, Inc. in its Opposition to the Motion for Reconsideration.[3]
However, the Court is still not swayed to reconsider, as it finds that
the matters raised in the Motion had been considered, weighed and passed
upon in the Decision. The Motion thus fails to
present any new and substantial matter or any cogent and compelling
reason which would warrant a reversal of the Court’s ruling.
