Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Director of Public Schools and
pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of Republic Act No. 506 and section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from .sale or settlement
and reserve for agricultural school site purposes to be known as the Mindoro
Agricultural School, under the administration of the Director of Public
Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the
public domain situated in the municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro
Oriental, Island of Mindoro and more particularly described in the Bureau of
Forestry plan C. R.-2, to wit:

BLOCK I

A parcel of land (block I of Mindoro Agricultural
School Reservation), situated in the barrio of Magasawang-Tubig, municipality
of Naujan, Province of Mindoro Oriental, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the N.
and E., by public land: on the. SW., by public land and Aglubang River; and on
the W., by Magasawang-Tubig River. Beginning at a point marked 1, thence S. 86°
E., 2,240.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 55° E., 1442.00 m. to point 3; thence S.
51° E., 3000.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 6° E., 5720.00 m. to point . 5;
thence S. 12° W., 2700.00 m. to point 6; thence N. 63° W., 2200.00 m. to
point 7; thence following Aglubang and Magasawang-Tubig Rivers downstream in a
northwesterly and northeasterly direction about 13,710 m., to the point of
beginning; containing an approximate area of 2,20& hectares. All points
referred to are indicated and are marked on the ground as follows; point 4 by
old corner; and the rest, by trees.

BLOCK II

A parcel of land (block II of Mindoro
Agricultural School Reservation), situated in the barrio of Magasawang-Tubig,
municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro Oriental, Island of Mindoro.
Bounded on the N., by public land; on the E., by Magasawang-Tubig River; on the
S., by Ibolo River; and on the W., by public land and Bocayao-Grande River.
Beginning at a point marked 1, thence S. 86° E., 1,540.00 m. to point 2; thence
following Magasawang-Tubig and Ibolo River upstream in a southwesterly
direction about 9640.00 m. to point 3; thence N. 7° W., 4,660.00 m. to point 4;
thence following Bocayao-Grande River downstream in a northeasterly direction
about 2,700.00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of
1,120 hectares. All point referred to are indicated and are marked on the
ground as follows; point 3, by old corner; and the rest, by trees.

BLOCK III

A parcel of land (block III of Mindoro
Agricultural School Reservation), situated in the barrio of Magasawang-Tubig,
municipality of Naujan, Province of Mindoro Oriental, Island of Mindoro.
Bounded on the NE., by Aglubang River; on the S. and W., by public land; and on
the NW., by Ibolo River. Beginning at a point marked 1, thence following
Aglubang River upstream in a general southeasterly direction about 2,640 m. to
point 2; thence S. 85° W., 1420.00 m. to point 3; thence due west 1120.00 m. to
point 4; thence N. 71° W., 780.00 m. to point 5; thence N. 26° W., 380.00 m. to
point “6”; thence N. 9° W., 140.00 m. to point “7”; thence N. 20° E., 140.00 m.
to point 8; thence N. 28° E., 250.00 m. to point 9; thence following Ibolo
River downstream in a general northeasterly direction about 2,460.00 m. to the
point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 352 hectares. All points
referred to are indicated and are marked on. the ground as follows: point 2, by
old corner; and the rest, by trees.

The reservation established herein is also
subject to the condition that the timber and other forest products found
therein shall be placed under the administration and control of the Bureau of
Forestry in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations.
