ARNIE P. ANTOQUE, PETITIONER, VS. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (NLRC THIRD DIVISION), LADY L TRANSPORT, LEONARDO LAGUNA, AND ABELARDO T. FERENAL, RESPONDENTS.
SALAZAR-FERNANDO, J.:
A review of petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration shows that such motion fails to raise any new issue that would warrant this Court’s reconsideration of the assailed decision. The motion still presents arguments insisting on the alleged illegal dismissal of the petitioner but failed to confront the real issue on the lack of substantial evidence to support such claim. This matter was already discussed and ruled upon by this Court in its assailed decision. Thus, in the absence of any novel issue, this Court will not disturb its previous pronouncement.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
SO ORDERED.
