PROCLAMATION NO. 1476, October 08, 2026
DECLARING MONDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS, on 12 October 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Kasulad Festival;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 12 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
