For Our consideration is petitioners-appellants’ Motion for Reconsideration[1] of our Decision[2] dated May 2, 2014, affirming the assailed Decision of the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch 42, in Sp. Proc. No. 09-120742.

On January 12, 2015, oppositor-appellee submitted his Comment[3] to the motion.
After carefully reviewing the arguments raised in the motion, We find the same to be mere reiterations of matters previously considered and found to be without merit in the Decision subject of this recourse. We thus see no compelling reason to modify, reverse, or set aside Our Decision.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
