ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 74 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. MONICO G. GABALES. Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 7, Baganga, Davao Oriental is hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 20, Digos,
Davao del Sur, in addition to his present duties as Acting Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 36, General Santos City,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court.

The Hon. PELAGIO S. PAGUICAN, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 32, Lupon, Davao Oriental and
presently Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6,
Mati, same province, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 7, Baganga, Davao
Oriental, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of
travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to
continue until the return of Judge Monico G. Gabales or until further
orders from this Court.

The Hon. RICARDO M. BERBA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 5, Mati, Davao Oriental is hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, same
court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective
immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty
of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Judges Paguican and Berba shall be entitled to an
additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in
the Resolution No. 99 – 1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2,
1999.

This order revokes the designation
of Judge Paguican as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court,
Branch 6, Mati, Davao Oriental pursuant to Administrative Order No.
10-99 dated February 10, 1999.
