SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended by including therein the additional Route Measure Capacity of the twelve (12) identified Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, to read as follows:

SEC. 2 Effectivity Clause.— This Ordinance shall taken effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on April 14, 2015.
