The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) in
coordination with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will hold a seminar
entitled “Judges’ Forum on Environmental Protection: Philippine
Environmental Law, Practice, and Role of Court” on August 13 to 15, 2003

Attendance of the Judges in this Training Seminar
shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented
travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
The Judges should see to it that their respective
court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in
advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
