MURDER; EVIDENCE; “CORPUS: DELICTI”.—In a murder case,
the death of the victim was proved satisfactorily by the declarations of a
witness and of a codefendant, both of whom were present, saw, and even
participated in the killing and the burial of the corpse. These were
corroborated by two other witnesses. Held: “Corpus delicti” is
