This is a motion of petitioners seeking reconsideration of this Court’s Decision,[1] promulgated on April 30, 2014, denying the petition.

Perusal of the records shows that the grounds relied upon by the movants have already been fully and squarely considered and passed upon by the Court in the assailed Decision. Movants have not presented new arguments to warrant reversal of the Court’s ruling.
ACCORDINGLY, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED. Private Respondent Marcelino Diwatin’s letter dated December 9, 2014[2] requesting for a Certificate of Finality and Entry of Judgment of the instant case is NOTED without action in view of petitioners’ motion for reconsideration.
SO ORDERED.
