ATTY. MACUR D. MAROHOMBSAR, NANETTE R. MAMORANSING, DR. DEMETRIA L. MANUEL, ARTEMIO S. CAPELLAN, JR., PETITIONERS, VS. HON. OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN, HON. ARMIN ALTAMIRANO LUISTR…
Decisions / Signed Resolutions March 3, 2014 FORMER NINTH DIVISION GARCIA-FERNANDEZ, J.:
GARCIA-FERNANDEZ, J.:
Acting on petitioners’ motion for reconsideration[1] dated March 3, 2014, this Court finds no cogent reason to warrant a reconsideration of the assailed decision. The grounds introduced by petitioners in their motion are mere rehash of those earlier interposed in their previous pleadings which this Court has already weighed and evaluated in rendering the decision sought to be reconsidered. There are no new valid reasons raised by petitioners to convince this Court to amend, much less, set aside its findings.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
SO ORDERED.
