This treats of petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] relative to Our Decision[2] promulgated on November 11, 2014.

We note from the Motion, as well as in private respondents’ Comment[3] thereto, that the issues raised by the movant are basically the same as those embodied in the Petition and Comment to the Petition, all of which have already been passed upon and addressed at length in the decision sought to be reconsidered, to which We need not belabor on the same issues anew.
WHEREFORE, the instant Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
