ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 65 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following are hereby DESIGNATED
as Acting Presiding Judges in addition to their regular duties in their
own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment
and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further
orders from this Court.

1. Hon. MEINRADO P. PAREDES, Presiding Judge of
the Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Cebu City, as Acting Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 14, same court.

2. Hon. RAMON J. CODILLA, JR., Presiding Judge of
the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, Cebu City, as Acting Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, same court.

3. Hon. PAMPIO A. ABARINTOS, Presiding Judge of
the Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Cebu City, as Acting Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 24, same court.

All the aforenamed judges shall be entitled to an
additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in
the Resolution No. 99-1 -04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2,
1999.

This order revokes the designation of Hon. Galicano
C. Arriesgado as Acting Presiding Judge of the RTC, Branches 14, 15,
Cebu City pursuant to Administrative Order No. 97-98 dated July 21,1998
and Adm. Order No. 99-97 dated October 21,1997.
