Implementing Rules and Regulations Governing the Imposition of a
Safeguard Measures under Republic Act No. 8800 – The Safeguard Measures
Act, duly signed by the concerned Secretaries/Agency Heads.
Joint Administrative Order No. 03 was published at the Manila Standard last October 4, 2000.
