RELEASE OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES DUE TO UNSETTLED VIOLATION
National Administrative Register [ MMDA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07, S. 2010, August 10, 2010 ]
Effective August 10, 2010, all impounded vehicles due to multiple unsettled violations shall be released immediately after payment of all fines attributable to the operator/ owner of the vehicle.
All previous orders or memorandum circulars inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.
