PROCLAMATION NO. 336, February 27, 2003
DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 8, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, March 8, 2003, as a special day in the Province of Compostela Valley.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
