Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a parcel of land, to be known as the De La Salle University Innovation Hub, subject to the provision of RA No. 7916, as amended, it Implementing Rules and Regulations, and PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 23-113 (s. 2023) and Resolution No. 17-375 (s. 2017), as amended by Resolution Nos. 19-124 (s. 2019) and Resolution No. 21-103 (s. 2021), located at De La Salle University Science and Technology Complex, Leandro V. Locsin Campus, Laguna Boulevard, Barangay Malamig, City of Biñan, Province of Laguna, with an area of Fifty Thousand square meters (50,000 m2), more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
