Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The existing district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Rosales, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a Class “A” district office.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Class “A” LTO District Office in the Municipality of Rosales, Province of Pangasinan, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year’s appropriation of the LTO Rosales District Office. Thereafter, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
