As per Postmaster’s Certification dated December 3, 2013 (Rollo, p. 40), petitioners received a copy of this Court’s Resolution dated September 11, 2013, on October 14, 2013.
On January 20, 2014, this Court verified through its Computer Management Information System (CMIS) that as of even date no compliance has yet been submitted by the petitioners to this Court’s Resolution dated September 11, 2013, as per CMIS Verification print-out (Rollo, pp. 43-44).
Having failed to comply with this Court’s Resolution dated September 11, 2013, despite having received notice thereof, the Petition for Certiorari is hereby DISMISSED in accordance with Section 3, Rule 46, in relation to Section 1, Rule 65 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
