IN THE MATTER OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE OF VIRGINIA B. UICHANCO,

Decisions / Signed Resolutions August 20, 2014 FORMER THIRTEENTH DIVISION SADANG, J.:

SADANG, J.:

Before us is the Motion for Reconsideration[1] filed by the substituted heirs of Dra. Julita B. Uichanco-Denoga namely, Jose U. Denoga, John V. U. Denoga, Leandro U. Denoga, Julita D. Payawal and Teresita D. Estacio (heerafter, appellants) filed on September 26, 2014 seeking the reversal of the Decision[2] rendered by this Court dated August 20, 2014.

Claimant Luis Q. U. Uranza, Jr., substituted by his heirs Azucena Grajo-Uranza, Josephine G. Uranza, Christina G. Uranza-Crimi and Atty. Luis Ma. G. Uranza (hereafter, appellees) filed a Comment[3] dated November 20, 2014.

After a thorough evaluation of the motion, we find it unmeritorious. The motion raises substantially the same arguments presented in the appeal which have already been extensively discussed and passed upon by this Court. Appellants did not offer new arguments, substantial and compelling enough, to warrant reconsideration of our decision.

WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.

SO ORDERED.

Librea-Leagogo, J., Chairperson, and Diamante, JJ., concur.
