Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading area of Morong Manuguit Subdivision Tricycle Operators and Drivers Associations, Inc. (MMANSTODA), to read as follows:
“MORONG MANUGUIT SUBDIVISION TRICYCLE
OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
(MMANSTODA)
Loading and Unloading Areaa. Morong Street near corner Pilar Street”
SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Morong Manuguit Subdivision Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:
“ASSOCIATION R.M.C. Morong Manuguit
Subdivision Tricycle Operators and
Drivers Association, Inc. (MMANSTODA)50 Units
ROUTE
Morong St. – Abad Santos LRT Station – Morong St. – Juan Luna St. and vice-versa”
SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upor its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila or August 20, 2015.
