AMENDMENT OF MMDA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 20, S. 2011

In the interest of public service, the following are ordered”:
- Tagging of Tourist Buses as provided in the above-captioned Memorandum Circular is DEFERRED.
- The one-week grace period provided in the aforesaid Memorandum Circular shall no longer be implemented; hence beginning December 12, 2011, non-compliant AUVs shall be issued corresponding Traffic Violation receipts.
All other issuances inconsistent herewith are modified accordingly.
