Acting on the “Motion to Withdraw Petition for Certiorari” filed by petitioners, through counsel, and finding the same to be in order, it appearing that the same is supported by “Joint Notice of Satisfaction of Judgment” submitted by the herein parties to the National Labor Relations Commission, together with the “Settlement, Receipt, Release & Quitclaim” executed by herein private respondent, assisted by counsel, the instant motion is hereby GRANTED.
