CAREER PHILIPPINES SHIPMANAGEMENT, INC., COLUMBIA SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD. AND/OR VERLOU R. CARMELINO, PETITIONERS, VS. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (THIRD DIVISION) AND FRANC…

Decisions / Signed Resolutions EIGHTH DIVISION BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

BALTAZAR-PADILLA, J.:

Record reveals that on November 5, 2013, a Decision was promulgated, the dispositive portion whereof provides, viz:

“WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition is DENIED for lack of merit and the challenged Decision and Resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) in NLRC LAC No. M-06-000557-12 are hereby AFFIRMED.

SO ORDERED.”[1]

Dissatisfied therewith, petitioners filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the said Decision. Comment to the Motion was filed by private respondent.

A judicious evaluation of the said Motion discloses that no convincing and justifiable reason was advanced by the movants that would convince US to modify, alter, much less, reverse the questioned Decision.

WHEREFORE, on account of the foregoing, the subject Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.

SO ORDERED.
