Plaintiff-appellee seeks reconsideration of the Decision[1] of this Court in a Motion for Reconsideration[2] dated July 18, 2014.

Defendants-appellants filed their Opposition[3] to the motion, dated July 28, 2014.
Perusal of the motion shows that it essentially repeats plaintiff-appellee’s arguments earlier raised in his Appellee’s Brief which have already been extensively discussed and found without merit by this Court in the now assailed decision. Plaintiff-appellee has not presented compelling reasons to warrant a reversal of said decision, thus motion must be DENIED.
