By Resolution[1]
dated January 24, 2014, petitioner was directed to (1) submit anew the
date of the Notary Public’s Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
Compliance, and (2) submit the present address of private respondent
Juanito Calubaquib, both within five (5) days from notice. Copy of the
Resolution was received by petitioner’s counsel on February 27, 2014.[2]
On March 25, 2014, the Court’s CMIS verification reported[3] that no compliance with the foregoing Resolution had yet been filed by petitioner.
For petitioner’s failure to comply with the Court’s January
24, 2014 Resolution, the instant petition for review is accordingly DISMISSED.
