Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, to be known as ROBINSONS LUISITA 2, with a gross floor area of Five Thousand Thirty Three and Thirty Five Hundredths square meters (5,033.35 m2), more or less, and the parcels of land upon which the building stands, located along McArthur Highway, San Miguel, Tarlac City, with an aggregate area of Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five and Fifty Three Hundredths square meters (5,175.53 m2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 19-004 (s. 2019) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (being a portion of Lot 2-B-1-F of subdivision plan Psd-03-149567 covered by TCT No. 043-2010000549 and Lot 2-B-1-G of subdivision plan Psd-03-149567 covered by TCT No. 423155), situated in Barangay San Miguel, City of Tarlac.

Bounded on the SW., N., and E., along lines 6-7-1-2 by Lot 2-B-1-F of the subdivision plan and on the E., SE., and SW., along lines 2-6 by Lot 2-B-1-G of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being N. 07 deg. 25’E., 1197.28 m from BBM No. 70, Tarlac Cadastre;

thence due South   41.80 m. to point 2;
thence due South   18.41 m. to point 3;
thence S.45 deg. 26’W., 5.67 m. to point 4;
thence N.89 deg. 30’W., 76.16 m. to point 5;
thence N.01 deg.44’W., 22.46 m. to point 6;
thence N.01 deg.44’W., 41.08 m. to point 7;
thence due East   82.13 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Square Meters and Fifty Three Hundredths Square Meters (5,175.53 m2). All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc, rnons. 15×40 cms.; Bearings true; Survey prepared on 01 February 2019 and was approved on 25 April 2019 by Geodetic Engineer J.R. Desoloc.
