For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Second Division dated 02 December 2013 in Administrative Case No. 7789, entitled “Gemma D. Rodriguez v. Atty. Teresita Sese Ruelos,” to wit:
3. ADOPT and APPROVED the IBP Board of Governors’ Notice of Resolution No. XX-2013-219 dated 20 March 2013, and SUSPEND respondent’s Notarial Commission and DISQUALIFY her from being commissioned as notary public for two (2) years from notice hereof.
