The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Aurora are required to prepare inventory of mediatable cases and refer them to the PMC Unit in Prosperidad, Agusan Del Sur starting October 17, 2016 and thenceforth.

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall continue with the participation in the Court-Annexed Mediation Program in their courts, as mandated in the Consolidated and Revised Guidelines to Implement the Expanded Coverage of CAM and JDR.
