Section 2 of Rule 52 of the Rules of Court proscribes the filing of a second Motion for Reconsideration of a final resolution by the same party.
WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, the said second Motion for Reconsideration of petitioner- appellant is hereby DENIED.
