SPOUSES ARNALDO & NIDA CRUZ-TING, ET AL., PETITIONERS, VS. MEGA NINE CREDIT CORPORATION, RESPONDENT.
CORALES, J.:
WHEREFORE, the instant petition is hereby DENIED. Accordingly, the March 21, 2011 Decision and September 5, 2011 Resolution of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 78, Malolos, Bulacan in Civil Case No. 612-M-2010 are AFFIRMED.
On July 24, 2014, We received petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration and Notice of Change of Office Address.[2] It is noted that no Comment to said motion was filed by respondent as per verification from the Court’s Case Management Information System[3] dated March 20, 2015.
An assiduous examination of the motion for reconsideration shows that the arguments raised therein by the petitioners had already been duly considered and resolved by this Court. It would be an exercise in futility to repeat Our discussion thereof.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
