RESERVING FOR FOREST STATION SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LEGASPI, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for forest station site purposes, under the
administration of the Director of Forestry, subject to private rights, if any
there be, a parcel of the public domain situated in the City of Legaspi, island
of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Ir-1005,
to wit:

A parcel of land (plan Ir-1005), situated in the
City of Legaspi, Island of Luzon, bounded on the E., by Quezon Boulevard 30.00
m. wide; on the S., by lot 115; on the SE., by properties of Nenita Morales and
Marta Dantes; on the SW., by lots 1092, 1091, and 1090; and on the NW., by lot
9884. Beginning- at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 9° 45’W., 331.54 m.
from B.L.L.M. 1, Legaspi Cadastre; thence N. 19° 39’W., 13.15 m. to point “2”;
thence N. 19° 31’W., 10.17 m. to point “3”; thence N. 12° 52’W., 10.41 m. to
point “4”; thence N. 70° 22’E., 73.65 m. to point “5”; thence S. 21° 56’E.,
4.20 m. to point “6”; thence S. 12° 29’E., 10.00 m. to point “7”; thence S. 5°
07’E., 9.99 m. to point “8”; thence S. 0° 41’W., 10.01 m. to point “9”; thence
S. 5° 10’W., 10.00 m. to point “10”; thence N. 84° 30’W., 18.00 m. to point
“11”; thence S. 71° 30’W., 47.36 m. to the point of beginning; containing an
area of 2,551 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated
on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: point 1 by cross marked
B.L., point 2, by cross marked on stone wall, points 3 and 4 by old comers and the
rest by B.L. conc. mons; bearings true; declination 0° 13’E.; date of survey,
April 2 and May 6-7, 1948 and that of the approval, July 28, 1948.

NOTE: This is lot 9883 of Legaspi Cadastral which
was formerly under water; covered by Ir-1005.
