FIXING THE DATE FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE CORPORATE EXISTENCE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN SEBASTIAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR.

By virtue of the power conferred upon me by
section 3 of Republic Act No- 543, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines,
do hereby fix September 30, 1950, as the date for the beginning of the
corporate existence of the municipality of San Sebastian, Province of Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of
September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty, and of the
Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
