PROCLAMATION NO. 1456, September 24, 2026
DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JIABONG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
WHEREAS, on 15 October 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Jiabong be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 15 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
