The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with U.S. AID-AGILE, will jointly conduct a Training Seminar for all Clerks of Court and Legal Researchers of the Commercial Courts in the National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) designated to handle SEC related cases formerly cognizable by SEC, on June 10 & 11, 2002, at The Pearl Manila.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Legal Researchers are entitled to incidental expenses for travel chargeable to the funds provided by Memorandum Order No. 10-2002, dated March 23, 2002, and subject to the existing accounting and auditing rules.
This is not a live-in Seminar.
Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
