Director and Offieer-in-Charge, Office of Muslim Affairs, ” the following Muslim
Judges are authorized to. conduct lectures at the various Training Centers in
the. National Capital Region from November 16 to December 24, 1991 in. Marawi
City from November 30, 1991 to January 15, 1992, and in Cotabato City from
