For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 11 September 2006 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Matter No. 05-3-04-SC, entitled “Letter dated February 21, 2005 of Atty. Noel S. Sorreda,” to wit:
WHEREFORE, Atty. Noel S. Sorreda is DISBARRED from the practice of law. Let his name be stricken off the Roll of Attorneys.
