REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2689, June 18, 1960
AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING SECTION ELEVEN OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CALBAYOG.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The last paragraph of Section eleven of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred twenty-eight, as amended, is further amended to read as follows:
“The members of the Municipal Board shall each receive a salary of two thousand four hundred pesos per annum: Provided, however, That they shall not be entitled to collect any per diems and travelling allowances when per-forming their duties within the city.”
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
