The Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Ilocos Sur Chapter, is
conducting a training workshop , on Utilization . of Law Enforcement Officers in Counseling and Outreach Program Against Drug Abuse on October 22 – 2?, 1991,
followed by a Consultation Dialogue with the Five Pillars of Criminal Justice on
October 24 – 25, 1991, to be held at the Farmer’s Training Center, Ilocos Sur
Agricultural College, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur.
All the judges concerned are authorized to attend the training
workshop and dialogue. on OFFICIAL TIME.
