PROCLAMATION NO. 361, April 15, 2003
DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, the City of Calamba will be celebrating its 2nd year anniversary as a city on April 21, 2003;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna be given full opportunity to participate in the various activities lined-up for the occasion.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, April 21, 2003 as a special day in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
