Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 04-279 dated 29 December 2000 and 06 September 2004, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building henceforth to be known as the Convergys, which stands on a 5,868-square meter lot, more or less, located along Ayala Avenue corner Salcedo Street, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, Metro Manila, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
