ABS-CBN CORPORATION, PETITIONER, VS. REZLYN T. SALUD, ELIZER MARK JULIAN, VICTOR ANDAL AND THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION, RESPONDENTS.
Decisions / Signed Resolutions FORMER FIFTEENTH DIVISION CORALES, J.:
CORALES, J.:
On August 27, 2014, this Court issued a Decision[1] disposing the case as follows:
[1] Rollo, pages 989-1004.
WHEREFORE, the petition is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
On September 23, 2014, We received petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[2] while private respondents filed their Comment/Opposition (To Petitioners’ Motion for Reconsideration)3 on November 5, 2014.
An assiduous examination of the motion for reconsideration shows that the arguments raised therein by the petitioner had already been duly considered and resolved by this Court. It would be an exercise in futility to repeat Our discussion thereof.
WHEREFORE, the motion for reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
Villon, J, Chairperson and Macalino, JJ., concur.
