PHILQUEST INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES CONTRACTOR AND/OR THELMA V. UANANG, PETITIONER, VS. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (THIRD DIVISION), LABOR ARBITER MA. LOURD…
SADANG, J.:
WHEREFORE, for lack of merit, the petition is DISMISSED. The Resolutions dated December 12, 2011 and January 31, 2012 of the National Labor Relations Commission, in NLRC RAB II Case No. 05-0034-11 OFW (L)/NLRC LAC No. 10-000928-11 are AFFIRMED.
SO ORDERED.
Per JRD verification[3] on August 22, 2014, private respondent Flordeliza A. Agliam did not file her comment on the petitioner’s motion for reconsideration.
Upon due consideration of the motion, the Court finds that the motion raises the same arguments earlier set forth in the petition and does not present any substantial ground not previously invoked or any matter not already considered and passed upon. There is therefore no compelling reason to reconsider or reverse our findings.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
