PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY TO SOLICIT INSURANCE BUSINESSPENDING ISSUANCE OF REGULAR LICENSE

Please be advised that an applicant for an agent’s license who has already passed the qualifying examination required under Section 303 of the Insurance Code shall be deemed authorized to solicit insurance business pending issuance of the regular license.
This Circular takes effect immediately.
