SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR |
For your information and guidance, attached is a copy
of the decision of the Second Division of this Court dated 15 June
2006, in Administrative Case No. 5377 entitled, “Victor Lingan vs. Attys. Romeo Caiubaquib and Jimmy P. Baliga”
ordering the suspension of respondents Atty. Romeo Caiubaquib and Atty.
Jimmy P. Baliga from the practice of law for one (1) year effective
immediately, revocation of their notarial commission and
disqualification from reappointment as Notaries Public for a period of
two (2) years.
