After the submission of the required pleadings, but before the case was submitted for decision, petitioners filed, on October 21, 2014, a Motion to Withdraw Petition[1] stating that the parties had executed a Compromise Agreement which was submitted and approved by the RTC, Branch 57, San Carlos City, Pangasinan; thereby praying for the withdrawal of the Petition. Attached to the Motion is a copy of the RTC Decision[2] dated September 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. SCC-3609 approving the said Compromise Agreement.

WHEREFORE, as prayed for, petitioners’ Motion to Withdraw Petition is GRANTED.
The Petition is deemed WITHDRAWN and the case is considered closed and terminated.
