The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), the Supreme Court Sub-Committee on Commercial Courts, in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the American Bar Association-Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI) will conduct a Seminar on the Rules of Procedure on Financial Rehabilitation for Executive and Vice Executive Judges of Regions 6, 7 and 8 on June 5, 2015, Friday, in Cebu City.
