For resolution is the Motion for Reconsideration[1] of petitioners Tanya Katrina Esperon and Wilbur C. Barillo assailing this Court’s Decision dated June 13, 2014 which dismissed their petition for certiorari.[2] Per JRD report[3] on October 16, 2014, private respondents did not file their comment on the motion.

After a thorough scrutiny of the arguments interposed by petitioners, we find and so hold, that there exists no cogent reason for us to modify, much less reverse and deviate from the findings and conclusions reached in our Decision.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
