By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:
SECTION 1. Section nine of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty, as amended by Acts Numbered Eighteen hundred and forty-seven and Nineteen hundred and thirty-three, is hereby further amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso:
“Provided, however, That the sale made to an limitation on sales. Amended shall not exceed sixteen hectares and to a corporation shall not exceed one thousand and twenty-four hectares.”
