After a thorough examination of the arguments raised in this Motion for Reconsideration, We find that petitioners failed to present new issues to warrant a modificaiton, let alone a reversal of this Court’s Decision dated August 27, 2013 which denied their petition. These assertions are mere rehash of the arguments previously stated in the petition which We have duly considered in the assailed ruling. Tendering no substantial matters to justify a reconsideration or modification of Our Decision, the instant motion is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
